Belt press EBP900

EBP900—this continuous press system combines innovative pressing technology with ease of operation. Pneumatic belt tensioning, automatic belt adjustment, high-pressure belt cleaning, and optional brush cleaning are further features that set this single-belt press apart. The mash is evenly applied to the screen belt via the adjustable dosing hopper. At the end of the pressing process, the pomace is removed from the press belt by a scraper. When used in combination with our WALC and WAR65 washing systems or the SA300 and SA400 inclined conveyors, the fill level of the dosing hopper is automatically monitored and controlled.
