Cooking and Intensive Cooling Units
Based on our modular systems, the Cooking Units can be executed with different heating systems. Due to a careful cooking technology least weight losses and an energy saving application take place. Delta-T cooking programs are just as possible as F-value cooking.
Our modular design allows us to provide these systems also as Intensive Cooling Units or as Combined Cooking and Colling Units. The today’s common data media are used as refrigerant. These are tailored to our customer’s systems. The cooling process can be optimized precisely to the product due to the choice of different process steps. The advantages, such as less loss of weight, shorter production times and not least the extended shelf life of the product, are obvious.
